James Oyuke
Director, Mergers & Acquisitions
James brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to Imperial Foundry. With an LLB, an MBA from the University of Birmingham, and CGMA qualification, he has honed his skills as legal counsel at SBM Bank and in Corporate Finance at Hazlewoods LLP, specialising in mid-market M&A.
Pete Ochieng
Director, Finance & Strategy
With an MSc in Finance, FMVA from Corporate Finance Institute, and extensive experience in finance leadership roles at prominent companies like Nation Media Group, Multichoice, Diageo, and SKA Observatory, Pete brings a wealth of strategic financial expertise to our clients.
